The Nova framework, its code, interfaces, texts and graphics are the exclusive property of the publisher. A subscription grants a right of use, described in the terms of sale, and transfers no ownership.

Some third-party components shipped with the framework remain under their own licence. GPL-licensed components are accompanied by their complete corresponding source, as that licence requires.
