Beyond 256 players, 3 databases or 20 GB of files: NOVA INFINITY, plus 0.20 € per player, 5 € per database and 5 € per 10 GB step, per month, up to 1,024 players, 10 databases and 120 GB.
Your files: the folder holding your own resources. The Nova framework, the server cache and its logs are not counted.

Billing questions
How does billing work?
One subscription per server, paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Yearly is paid ten months for twelve. There is no setup fee.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, from your customer area. An upgrade is paid right away, pro rata for the remaining days, and applies as soon as the payment goes through. A downgrade costs nothing and refunds nothing: the price drops at renewal, slot, database and file limits drop as soon as you confirm, and the features of the plan you paid for stay until renewal.
What about more than 256 players?
NOVA INFINITY accepts add-ons: slots up to 1,024 players, databases up to 10, and storage in 10 GB steps. They are added and removed from your customer area.
Who bills me, and what about VAT?
In France, Nova bills you directly, under the VAT franchise scheme. Outside France, our payment provider sells in its own name and collects your country's tax. Either way, the price shown is the price you pay.
How do I stop my subscription?
From your customer area, at any time. It stops at the end of the paid period: your server stays online until then.
What happens if a payment fails?
You are notified by email. The server keeps running during the period already paid. If it is still unpaid at renewal, it is suspended; your data is kept for thirty days, and we warn you before it is deleted.
Can I hand my server over to a partner?
Yes. The owner offers the transfer to a member of their team, who accepts it with their own payment method. The server and its subscription change hands at renewal, without interruption.
